For training sessions, we use the Teamviewer software to remotely log in to your computer.

1. Download the support tool by clicking on the following link: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe
2. Press “Run” button
3. Call 450.973.8080, option 1 to talk to our marketing staff
4. Give him “Your ID” and the “Password”.
